If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our toll-free number (877) 205-2573. Due to the unique nature and diversity of So Cal Covers Powersport products, purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions:

New and Unused Products may be returned for a full refund (less all shipping expenses and a 15% re-stocking fee) within 14 days of the original delivery date. Upon inspection, any product determined to be not returnable-to-stock will be returned to the original purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. All sales are final 14 days after the delivery date posted by the shipping carrier.

Warranty – To the original purchaser, So Cal Covers warrants its products from defects in materials and workmanship, and against the fabric becoming unserviceable within the published warranty time during normal use. This limited warranty does not cover wear, soiling fading, shrinkage, or stains from normal usage and care. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. So Cal Covers maintains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product within the published warranty period.

Warranty and Defective Returns are subject to inspection and the original purchaser is responsible for freight expenses back to So Cal Covers. If a defect is discovered within the published warranty period, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of So Cal Covers and returned freight prepaid to the original purchaser. If no defect is found, So Cal Covers will return the product to the original purchaser and any inbound/outbound shipping expenses will be billed to the purchaser.

Prior to Returning please contact So Cal Covers to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping. Customer Service can be reached at (877) 205-2573. Returns without a RA number will be refused and shipped back to the original purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.

All Embroidered Products or Dimension Sheet Orders are NON-RETURNABLE.

So Cal Covers reserves the right to modify this warranty/policy at any time.
